岗位职责：
1、负责公司开发项目的设计管理工作，并参与项目的前期决策和后期建设工作，保障策划项目的顺利推进和经营目标的达成；
2、参与公司开发项目的前期考察、论证及投资分析的评审工作；
3、提供有效的技术分析参数和必要的技术支持；
4、提出设计单位的选择方式以及选择标准，参与设计单位的招标、洽谈；
5、组织安排对初步方案、扩初设计、施工图设计阶段各专业设计图纸会审并督导设计单位进行整改；
6、负责设计图纸的质量把关，各专业设计图整合以及关键部门的管线综合；
7、组织对初步方案、扩初设计各阶段的方案优化工作以及施工图阶段的成本优化设计工作；
8、提出现场施工技术问题的主导意见，组织绘制设计变更图和设计详图，参与变更评审；控制重大设计变更，全面把握项目实施过程中的规划、建筑、景观效果；
9、负责与本项目有关的技术规范、标准等的收集，组织培训，参与关键工序的现场技术交底，并检查实施情况
10、在施工过程中，协助工程部对设计变更及其他技术问题进行管理；
11、参与工程、材料设备招投标工作。
12、负责政府有关房产开发的新政策、新文件、新规范的收集、传达工作；
13、负责有关建筑新技术、新规范、新材料的收集、推广工作。

任职资格：
1、建筑学或工民建等专业，本科以上学历，三年以上甲级设计院等相关工作经验，其中一年以上房地产企业设计部经理工作经验；
2、熟练掌握规划、建筑等相关设计理论知识，熟悉相关的设计规范和国家地方对建设项目的相关设计规定；
3、对房地产市场有较为深入的理解，熟悉房地产产品特征；
4、熟悉房地产行业及业务流程；
5、良好的组织、沟通和协调，人际交往能力；
6、卓越的方案设计管理能力、谈判能力和分析解决问题的能力；
7、能够熟练使用各种办公软件及AutoCAD等专业设计软件。
