岗位职责：
1、负责公司安装工程施工管理技术支持工作，确保工程进度及工程质量；
2、指导项目公司及施工单位，确保工程施工达到设计要求并符合流程规范；
3、协调建筑、结构、精装、景观、水电、设备及配套等相关专业人员共同解决现场存在的问题；
4、施工方案的审核，及时处理并上报重大问题，管理现场签证及工程备案等。
5、该岗位是平台区域公司后台专业技术管理岗位。

任职资格：
1、土木工程、设备空调、给排水、民工建等相关专业大学本科及以上学历，具有中级以上职称者优先；
2、三年以上房地产开发企业相关工作经历，有大型综合项目（10万方以上）操作经验；
3、熟悉国家及地方相关政策规范，熟悉房地产开发流程，熟悉施工图、施工流程管理、验收规范及市政配套建设等工作；
4、严谨细致、责任心强，具有良好的沟通协调及计划控制能力。
