岗位职责：
1、负责集团人力资源管理主要目标和计划，制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；
2、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
3、规划、指导、监督、协调下属及员工的聘用、福利、培训、绩效、员工关系等管理工作；
4、擅长人力资源管理和规划；
5、具有集团化人力资源管控经验。

岗位要求：
1、本科（全日制）及以上学历；
2、5年以上人力资源工作经验，至少两年经理岗位以上工作经验，3年以上房地产行业工作经验；
3、熟悉人力资源招聘、薪酬、绩效考核、培训、企业文化等规定和流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策；
4、有上进心，事业心强，职业目标明确；
5、有集团化地产企业工作经验优先;
6、能适应出差者优先。
