岗位职责：
1、负责建立公司计划管理体系，指导下属进行计划管理工作；
2、组织制定公司年度经营计划，督促各中心和各子公司编制相关年度计划，并对计划的执行情况进行监控、检查；
3、组织制定并审核项目主要开发节点计划，审核各项目总体计划；
4、督导下属监控年度经营计划、项目节点计划执行情况，提出预警或调整建议；
5、组织各项目的运营策划，组织编制项目策划报告并组织评审；
6、督导下属收集各项目运营信息和阶段成果，根据运营信息和阶段成果的完善程度组织开展考评；
7、根据年度经营计划和项目节点计划完成情况，组织开展公司节点计划考核工作；
8、组织开展各业务板块流程体系的建立、运行维护、监察监督、优化工作；
9、为公司考核提供运营和考核数据。

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，工程项目管理、工程管理、建筑学、企业管理等相关专业 ；
2、5年以上房地产开发行业计划运营管理工作经验；
3、熟悉房地产开发流程，熟悉现代工程项目管理的方法和流程，熟练掌握工程项目计划运营管理方法；
4、良好的综合分析能力、信息收集能力、书面与语言表达能力、很强的沟通能力、组织协调能力。
