职位描述
工作职责：
1、编制项目开发经营计划并督促落实；
2、审核项目部上报的工程计划并监控其实施；
3、负责各项目工程计划的汇总、编制、协调、评估；
4、负责公司在建信息数据的统计、建立、完善并适时更新数据库；
5、在各项目进度计划实施中，协助领导对重大事项的组织和协调；
6、参加各类检查工作；
7、建立和不断提升公司运营管理体系，逐步建立健全计划管理、流程管理和组织绩效管理体系；
8、组织年度/季度组织绩效考核和年度经营计划编制；
9、组织公司级运营会议管理。
任职资格：
1、较强的责任心、诚实正直，性格细致沉稳，稳定性强。
2、工程管理类专业本科以上学历，能熟练使用project、excel等，沟通能力强。
3、全日制大学本科以上学历，建筑、工程或相关专业；
4、3年以上房地产企业工作经验，熟悉房地产开发流程；
5、对运营体系有一定的了解及实操经验，能熟练编制项目开发进度计划；
6、有较强的沟通协调能力和逻辑思维能力。
