该岗位工作地点为成都或全国多个城市。接受外派者优先。

岗位职责：
1、编制并审核房地产开发项目的概、预、决算，主要负责土建、安装预决算和成本分析；
2、负责项目阶段付款审核，项目竣工结算审核；
3、参与项目相关的招标工作，组织编制各类招标文件；
4、收集各种材料设备与市场信息，起草结算协议等相关文件；
5、参与项目合同管理，审核变更签证费用。


岗位要求：
1、工程预算、房地产相关专业本科以上学历，具有造价师执业资格。
2、具有5年以上房地产公司或设计院、施工单位从事工程成本预算、结算、审价经验。在土建预结算、安装预结算、成本分析或招标采购方面能够独挡一面，熟练使用相关软件。
3、熟悉国家定额、工程造价市场情况、材料设备的市场价格；对成本控制有深刻的理解及丰富的实践经验。
4、优良的人际沟通能力和组织协调能力。较强的逻辑思维能力、计划力和执行力。
5、责任心强，善于沟通，细心严谨，求真务实。
