岗位职责：
1、负责给排水、暖通及消防系统等工程设计、施工技术及现场管理工作；
2、审核给排水通风及空调工程招标文件的技术部分；
3、了解房地产开发流程，能协调施工单位，监理单位处理现场问题；
4、协助工程各项隐蔽验收、分项验收及竣工验收等验收工作；
5、做好本专业有关技术资料的整理工作。

岗位要求：
1.全日制本科以上学历，暖通、给排水相关专业；
2.五年及以上设计院或房地产公司同类岗位相关工作经验，具备大型公共建筑、住宅给排水专业的施工图设计，对通风及空调设计了解；
3.熟悉专业图纸并了解相关的施工图，了解有关设计依据和验收标准、规范；熟悉相关设备、材料的国内标准及技术。
4、有较强的给排水及暖通专业的审核能力，有处理设计变更的能力，有一定的施工经验，专业知识面较宽。
5.有良好的沟通、协调能力，责任心强。
