1.Academic 学历
- College in Engineering, Mechanical / Electric Disciplines
- 大专毕业（机械工程专业/电气专业）
2.Experience 工作经验
- Min 2 years ‘experience in Quality Control in mechanical part
- 至少有2年机械部件的质量管理经验
3.Job Skill 职业技能
- Excellent knowledge of CAD drawing
- 熟练使用CAD制图
- Good Knowledge in the metal forming and machining
- 熟悉机械的装配和加工过程
- Understand Quality Control System
- 熟悉质量管理体系
- Good analysis skill to find root cause of problems, learn and can assemble the components
- 具备良好的分析能力，能够分析、处理和解决生产过程中出现的质量问题，学习零部件的装配
- Make quality report of detail checking

Job Duties 工作职责
1. Supplier 供应商方面
- Assist to the purchaser for supplier approval and audit
- 协助采购员对供应商进行评估审核
- Supplier side tools control (life time, drawings)
- 对供应商供应的工具进行管控（使用期限、图纸）
- New tool design
- 新工具的设计
- Implement the quality system at supplier
- 完善供应商质量管理体系
- Training supplier Motan quality standard
- 对供应商进行摩丹质量体系标准的培训
2.Quality Check 质量检验
- Build up Motan parts Check list
- 编制摩丹的检验表
- Make the fault report for detail parts when it has quality problem
- 当部件发生质量问题时需要制作详细的质检报告
- Drawing management ( the supplier drawing and update manage , special design drawing origination)
- 图纸管理（包括供应商的图纸、修改后的图纸和非标品设计的图纸）
- Quality record of incoming parts ( received , improved and scraped)
- 做好来料的质量记录（包括可以接收的、需要改善的和报废的）
- The related document about the problem quality analyze
- 质量问题的相关文件分析
- Use the TMQ sourcing to build up incoming check standard
- 通过TMQ（全面质量管理）建立来料检验标准
3.Tools Management 工具管理
- Special check tools design
