职位描述
Purpose of the Job
Manage and organize the supply of the components and equipments from the external suppliers, to ensure the availability of the parts at right time, with contributions to the improvement of efficiency in term of the cost and reducing the stock, in order to respect the engagement of the Supply Chain associated with project purchasing.
Organisation Structure and Reporting
Report to Supply Chain Manager
Objectives
· Become interface office of the buyers by supporting the purchasing process.
· Give visibility on the provisional availability of the components, including Goods-in-Transit and Custom Status.
· Eliminate the shortage to guarantee delivery to the customer and right time.
· Reduce the stock level.
· Improve the suppliers’ performances in term of the delivery time.
Respect and improve the logistic plan of the purchasing in order to optimize the total purchasing cost (total landed costs)
Responsibilities
· Interactions with buyers, SQA, production and the project team.
· Limiting the risks linking to shortages (security stock, penalties…) when encouraging a pulled flux (pulled flux with suppliers, advanced plate-form, returnable packaging) . Help the buyers in the negotiation of these logistic specifications with the suppliers.
· Promote the supplier development plan in order to improve their delivery performance (with “D” indicator , audit of the production capacity and supply chain)
· Ensure the suppliers are capable to respect the QCD criteria before the launch of the mass production.
· Control, via the team in charge of logistic audits, the feasibility of the important variations in production schedule with the suppliers, and warn the planner about possible risks linked to the supplier.
· Perform supplier audit and ensure the supplier’s capacity to deliver smoothly the components to assemble lines from supplier during mass production.
· Improve the efficiency on the executions of the supply process.
· Ensure the strategy of the stock management is to reduce the stock level and to preview the shortages.
· Dealing with customer authority, logistics service provider and forwarder to insure the material efficiency in transit
· Purchase Order loop closing management (PR/PO/Custom/Payment)
· Quickly ensure the stability of the pre-batch and guarantee a complete visibility of the delivery in MRP system.
· Support an efficient process of replacement of the missing parts, and inform daily to the production on the availability time of the components.
· Improve permanently the productivity and the performance of the procurement team by using suitable tools and technical skills.
· Set up training process to the team members to improve and use their potentials for contributing performance of the team.
· Supervise the team working in respecting EHS regulations
Requirements
· Bachelor degree
· Minimum 3 years experience in industrial environment
· Good communication skills
· Good English skill both in written and spoken
· Familiar with procurement process
· Familiar with lean concept (Kanban, JIT, connection map…)
· Familiar with ERP system
