职位描述：
1.建立和不断完善人事行政管理制度Establish and improve the HRA rules and regulations
2.建立和不断完善绩效考核机制Establish and improve performance evaluation system
3.通过对于本部门的管理，实现人事新政工作的有序运转和合法操作Via management of internal department to conduct HRA systematic and legal operation
4. 通过对本部门的管理，实现从招聘，录用，培训，职业规划的全程管理Via management of internal department to conduct whole process management on interview, recruiting ,training and career planning
5.通过对本部门的管理，实现公司文化和价值观的普遍贯彻Via management of internal department to carry out the company culture and value
6.监管和指导人事行政部的管理工作Supervise and lead the HRA Department ;


职位要求：
1.法律、商务、财务等管理专业全日制本科及以上学历Bachelor degree or above with major in Law, Commerce or Finance
2.5年以上相关企业行政管理工作经验At least 5 years working experience in Corporate adminitration managerment
3.具有较全面的知识结构和较高的综合素质，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；工作细致认真，爱岗敬业Comprehensive knowledge and skills in the concerning fields. Quickly holding all the knowledge concerning with business; Working careully and devoting.
4.良好的中英文语言表达、阅读和写作能力，思维清晰；熟练使用办公软件Excellent expression, reading and writing both in English and Cinese. Clear mind. Proficiency in MS office.
5.具有较强的组织、协调、沟通和领导能力；能承受一定的工作压力，工作态度积极乐观Demonstrate capabilities in orgnization, association, communication and leandership. Bear the work pressure and work actively
6.出色的人际交往和社会活动能力Excellent interpersonal and social action skills
7.敏锐的洞察力，具有较强的判断、计划和执行能力Acute insight, professional judgemnet, plan and implementation.

As a safety system provider, the company HIMA has made a major step forward to realize our commitment to our customers in China by setup HIMA (Shanghai)Safety System Co.,Ltd. since 2002. After 10 years of development , the company has grown up into a strong organization with about 220 employees covering project management ,engineering, programming , integration , testing and commissioning service .

The approximately 3000 M2 Office and 3000 m2 Workshop composes the Engineering Center of China managing and coordinating National Wide Projects. At present , the company is becoming a Sino-German JV with mother company HIMA holding the majority share.
