职位描述
岗位目标Objective of Function
按照顾客，质量运行，中国区，BG以及佛吉亚集团方针的要求，确保佛吉亚卓越体系在工厂的有效运行。
Guarantee that all actions in the Plant comply with the requirements of the Faurecia Excellence System, and to do so considering customer, Quality, Division, Business Group and Corporate guidelines.
岗位职责Main Responsibilities
- 以顾客要求为中心，确保较高的质量、交付水平，保证良好的客户满意度；
Represent customer requirements internally. Ensure customer good satisfaction .
- 设定工厂质量目标，合理安排协调部门成员，监控执行过程，确保目标的达成；
Define Plant Quality objectives and monitor progress.
- 监控工厂质量系统化运行并符合佛吉亚卓越体系，主导工厂质量管理和评审活动
Manage the Plant Quality System in accordance with the Faurecia Excellence System. Take leader for plant management period validation activity .
- 定义，组织工厂质量架构并推动持续提高Define, staff, and develop the Plant Quality organization.
- 确保工厂过程及产品特性完全符合安全/法规的Ensure the Plant's compliance with all Safety/regulation standards.
- 通报质量状况并维护质量记录及文件，维护和确保质量体系的正常运行；
Report Quality results to all relevant parties and maintain Quality records/documentation
- 与采购合作，积极主动地关注供应商质量保证能力，并提高供应商制造质量水平；
Collaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance. And improve it
- 在质量没有保证的状况下停止生产以及发运；
Interrupt the manufacturing or the delivery of products when Quality is not assured
- 整个质量部门人员的正常工作安排和能力的逐渐提高，以及职业发展规划；
Develop complete quality department people.and support plant FES development
- 支持工厂FES 展开Support the FES deployment and operation
任职资格Qualifications
- 教育 Education
大学本科以上学历，机械设计相关专业
Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical Design or related field preferred.
- 经历 Job experience
六年以上质量相关经历，其中四年管理经验
Above 6 years work experience in quality, with 4 year in management role
- 专业技能 Professional knowledge /Skills
能够较熟练的掌握QS五大技术手册，英语四级以上水平；
Master QS 5 manuals, English level above CET 4;
- 其他 others
