岗位职责：

1、 根据公司发展战略和年度营销预算，编制市场开发计划，参与制定年、季、月度市场推广方案并督导、执行；
2、 协调公司内部的运作实施，并完成品牌、产品推广的效果评估，提出改进方案；
3、 策划与组织各种市场宣传活动，研究市场的宏观方面的信息，包含市场动态、竞争品牌动向、产品与市场信息，对行业发展趋势进行分析，挖掘市场需求和变化；
4、 策划各类讲座活动，并完成组织、内外部联络和信息发布工作；

任职资格：

1、 本科以上学历，3年以上市场工作经验，有过广告、市场、销售类岗位者优先；
2、 较强的市场感知能力、洞察力，依据市场变化能适时制定整体战略方案，策划定期的市场活动；
3、 具有市场策划、组织实施经验，监督、指导、落实市场工作的执行，有成功的策划案例者优先；
4、 有综合运用包括广告策划、软文宣传、网络媒体、公关活动等在内的各种营销方式进行市场宣传、品牌推广的能力；
5、 拥有教育培训行业的从业背景者优先考虑。
