职位描述
主要职责：
1. 优化排班表以降低运营费用
2. 根据排班表来保证员工的休息和其他活动时间
3. 保证每位员工及时掌握班表的调整和更新
4. 稳定每天每个班次的工作人数，满足呼叫中心的各方面的需求（服务水平、服务技术、工作时长）
5. 根据培训及公司安排的其他活动要求，及时调整排班表以支持员工发展，提高绩效等各方面能力
6. 通过排班表协助保证员工工作和生活的平衡，提高员工的满意度
7. 完成每月每位员工工作时长汇总并提报给薪资福利专员
8. 追踪管理坐席的通话行为，保证效率的最大化
9.及时与组长、辅导员沟通，调整优化服务水平
10.及时与辅导员、组长沟通员工出勤情况
11.每月按时完成各类客户和操作报告、日常报表
12.在系统中准确更新员工在岗、离岗状况
13.记录和维护员工各类休假情况
14.具备良好的学习能力，以掌握呼叫中心各类合同、流程及相关系统的知识
基本要求：
1.具有呼叫中心排班经验
2.良好的沟通能力
3.思路清晰、良好的逻辑思维及解决问题的能力
4.良好的数据分析能力
5.熟练掌握基本的OFFICE软件，尤其是MS Excel
6.良好的团队合作能力
