总体描述：
英文客服专员主要是为网站www.tours4fun.com的客户、内容产品以及其他相关业务进行服务。同时，对市场以及销售进行支持，完成上级领导交办相关任务。
特别提醒：本职位为晚班职位（下午4:30-00:30）晚班，下班公司派车接送回家（提供匹配的高薪酬，辛苦多，收入高）；请认真考虑，如果不能接受晚班工作，勿扰，谢谢！
岗位描述：
1、受理用户邮件、在线咨询以及来电咨询，做好咨询整理工作；
2、处理用户需求并维护好客户的关系；
3、负责网站订单相关的客户服务等工作；
4、上级交办的任务和工作；

任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历；
2、精通英语，达到专业八级水平，有海外留学或者工作经验优先；.
3、熟悉各类办公软件；
4、需要比较细心且有一年以上客服经验为佳。
