应试者应有学习新技术的能力和兴趣。作为网络运营的技术支持，将会和核心网络团队一起参与支持全球客户。
你的主要责任是执行日常网络和系统管理任务，解决主要的网络和系统问题，服务桌面地址升级。你还会负责执行例如Cisco ASA, SonicWall, DC deployment等网络语音电话业务、有线和无线网络及防火墙设备网络部署工作。
职位要求：
应试者至少有6年的IT经验，其中至少3年网络或系统工程配置和网络设备管理经验。
具有优秀的思科交换机、路由器和企业级防火墙故障诊断和解决问题的能力。
掌握windows网络、思科路由器和防火墙基本原理，能有效排除故障。（例如ARP,Mac地址,生成树,TCP握手等）
精通TCP/IP、EIGRP等网络协议。
拥有重视客户服务的态度及实时响应的能力
有CCNA和MCSA认证。

支持全球客户网络运营，包括MS Windows, Cisco VOIP, Wireless, Cisco ASA, SonicWall及其他网络设备。

Job Description
Seeking a Senior Network/System engineer to support global Customers.
The ideal candidate demonstrates an aptitude and appetite for learning new technologies. As technical contributor of the network operations team, you’ll be supporting global clients with a central network team. Your primary responsible will be performing daily network and system administration tasks, resolve majority of network and system break/fix issues and address escalations from the service desk. You will also perform network deployment work in the areas of VOIP, wireless, network and firewall equipment. Such as Cisco ASA, SonicWall, DC deployment…etc.
Requirements:
? The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of IT experience with at least 3 years of network/system engineering configuring and managing networking devices.
? Posses advanced troubleshooting/problem determination skills with Cisco switches, routers and enterprise class firewalls.
? Have a clear fundamental knowledge of Windows Network, Cisco Routers and Firewalls to enable efficient troubleshooting. (ARP, Mac Address, Spanning Tree, TCP handshake)
? Strong understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, EIGRP
? Customer service driven attitude
? Must be willing to participate in after hours on-call rotation
? Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) are required
Responsibilities:
? Support global customers network operations including, but not limited to MS Windows, Cisco VOIP, Wireless, Cisco ASA, SonicWall and other enterprise class equipment.
? Engaging equipment and service vendors which support network operations
? Must be able to interfacing, responding to requests independently
? Performing root cause analysis, complex implementations and network configurations
? Performance and data backup monitoring and reporting
? Configuration and troubleshooting of network equipment and servers (Windows Base)
? Network documentation, including creating logical and physical diagrams
Desired skills/experience
? CCVP, MCSE is preferred or equivalent
? Ability to script common network tasks (do more through automation/scripting)
? Cisco Call Manager, Unity Express
? Cisco Wireless
? Strong organization and documentation skills
