Job Description
Major Responsibility Area:
-Ensure fast and accurate data input
-Consistently meet targets to ensure that requests are actioned within SLAs
-Follow all regulatory and bank requirements
-Workflow allocation (Queue management)
Customer:
-Provide a high level of customer service to the internal and external customers
-Provide accurate and up to date information on all enquiries
-Follow up where necessary to meet customer needs
-Provide any written concerns from customers to supervisor/manager
-Ensure internal service level agreements are met through meeting individual set targets
-Ensure all customer correspondence is clear and concise
-Understanding changing needs of customers
Process:
-Good knowledge of Accounts, systems and application
-Take initiative to identify process improvements, and present to Team Leader / Manager with the solutions and the benefits.
-Problem solving
-Ensure all functions performed meet banking and compliance guidelines (concerned RAF courses to be completed within deadlines)
-Identify problem areas and convey to the Team Leader along with suggested solutions
-Seek to understand the relevance of the team in the broader business
-Perform administrative functions following research, investigation and assessment, wherever required.
-Ensure processing complies with Bank policies/procedures and process documentation
People:
-Develop good working relationships with all stakeholders
-Be a team player
-Be flexible to work in shifts as per the business requirement
-HSW - Consistently demonstrate / promote safe behaviours and environmental commitments
-Proactively identify competencies for development and work with line manager to improve performance
Financials:
-Support management and business decisions relevant to cost
Job Requirement
Technical Skills / Experience:
-1-3 years of experience in operations environment
-Graduate in finance related field
-Knowledge required in Microsoft office
-Excellent communication skills (Both written and oral)
Other Experience:
-Knowledge of multi-country, multi-entity financial accounting
-Change Management, including demonstrated experience in improving processes.
