岗位职责
1、制订适合公司的各项办公室管理制度；
2、在公司和员工之间建立良好沟通渠道，传达相关制度并监督执行；
3、出色地完成日常行政工作并及时发现工作中的问题征对性地提出解决方案；
4、协助管理人员改进不能适应公司发展之工作流程或制订新的工作流程；
5、很好地建立档案管理体系，保证资源的共享；
6、组织及开展公司的各种内部活动；
7、有会务安排经验（公司内会务、公司外会务）；
8、有文书写作培训经历并有相关工作经验；
9、协助管理人员在人员招聘及培训、人事档案的管理、绩效考核、晋升及岗位异动、薪酬福利、员工沟通、人事协调等方面的工作；
10、有财务知识。
任职资格
1、人力资源或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、三年以相关人力资源、行政工作经验；
3、熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际操作运用；
4、具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，有较强的沟通、协调能力，有团队协作精神；
5、熟练使用相关办公软件，具备基本的网络知识及财务知识。

     Sichuan Dongding Lizhi Information Technology Co., Ltd was established in 2010 with a registered capital of CNY 8,000,000. The Company is a professional provider of informatization solutions with respect to transportation and healthcare such as Geographic Information Systems, Internet of Things, Vehicle Internet, and Logistics Applications Software R&D. As a hi-tech enterprise integrating science research and technical services, the Company has been granted 8 patents.
     The Company has close research cooperation with such famous scientific research institutions as American Crossbow Technology Co., Ltd., Freescale, TI, TE, Measurement, Germany Sigg, Omron, Vehicle Engineering of Xihua University, National Key Laboratory of Traffic Safety of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College, Software College of Sichuan University, Southwest Institute of Physics, and Sichuan Chenguang Chemical Engineering Design Institute. It is also the governing unit of Sichuan Association of Internet of Things and China Cold Chain Logistics Association.
