技术要求
1、Asp.Net经验2年以上，能独立的开发各种门户网站，电子商务网站，web2.0应用
2、熟练掌握Html, Css, Javascript ,及1种或多种主流Javascript Framework(JQuery, Prototype, ExtJs, etc).
3、熟悉各种门户网站、电子商务网站的用户体验
4、深入理解面向对象设计原则, 具备良好的OO设计和开发能力
5、为人开朗，乐意与人沟通、分享
6、代码书写习惯良好，对代码有专研精神，愿意用最好的代码写出最好的程序
7、 具有较强的创新精神优先考虑
