POSITION: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Description:
Execute, Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day operational activities of the logistics operation to reach the company internal targets and deliver service levels that exceed our customer expectations.

执行公司要求的仓库日常物流运作活动，并在此基础上提高业务的服务水平以满足客户更高的要求。

§ Fully in charge of goods operation jobs: loading/unloading, picking up, palletizing and dispatching of goods, etc.

§ Supervises the management and the inventory control of product, prevent damage, stock disappearance; maintain physical & data inventory accuracy etc…

§ Update system and file documents timely according to the right process

§ Responsible to communicate with Customer Service Center and Data Center based in Shanghai to ensure goods receiving and dispatching are handled in order.

§ Fully in charge of every aspect of warehouse management

§ Keep good relationship with property managment

§ Coordinates with internal departments to consistently improve the overall company performance service levels

§ Responsible for overall material movement operation and inventory verification in warehouse.

§ Supervises large teams of workers

§ Organizes, leads, motivates, trains and supervises warehouse subordinates to ensure adherence to working processes and all security, safety and housekeeping rules as directed by the company

§ Perfectly complete ad hoc assignments from company

§ 负责货物的验收、卸货、上库、取货、打托、装运等所有货物进出仓库的活动；

§ 管理货物的库存，防止货物的破损、丢失，确保实物库存和系统数据相符，做好盘点工作；

§ 按照操作流程，准确及时更新系统数据，保存相关文件档案；

§ 负责与总部的客服中心和数据中心及时沟通，协调收发货操作情况；

§ 负责整个仓库的日常管理工作；

§ 负责与物业沟通联系，维持良好的合作关系；

§ 与公司各其他部门协作，从而提高公司的整体服务水平；

§ 监督管理由多名操作工人组成的工作团队；

§ 为确保公司规定的各项规章制度的正确执行，组织、领导、激励、培训库工。监督管理库工按工作流程操作，并对仓库、库工、货物等的安全保卫工作负责；

§ 完成公司分配的其他任务；

Requirements:
