SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.负责制订产品或服务的广告宣传策划方案与执行计划，并监督计划有效实施
Responsible for developing & implementation product or service advertising program plan, supervise the effective of the
result.
2.负责竞争对手广告信息的搜集、整理与分析，及时提交分析报告并对企业广告策略提出合理化建议
Responsible for collecting competitor advertising information, collation and analysis, submit competitor’s analysis reports
timely. Construct reasonable suggestions to corporate for advertising strategy.
3.负责广告媒体的联系及选择工作
Contact with journalists and choose media partner.
4.组织实施广告投放，并对投放过程进行监督、控制，对广告效果进行评估
Organization and implementation of advertising, and delivery process of monitoring, control, evaluate advertising effectiveness
5.负责开发与维护企业与媒体机构之间的良好合作关系
Responsible for developing and keeping good partner relationship between the corporate and media agencies
6. 负责撰写与发布与企业相关的新闻，成功案例收集、撰写、发布，企业内部新闻采编
Take charge in writing, publishing business-related news, success stories collecting, writing, publishing, internal news
gathering
7.负责设计制作广告画面
Responsible for the design and production of advertising images
8.负责产品样本及各项宣传资料、礼品的设计制作及管理
Responsible for designing and management brochures, various promotional materials, gifts.
9.执行并监督各类市场推广活动，如展会，行业研讨会
Implement and oversee various marketing activities, such as exhibitions, industry seminars.
10.搜索、整理各类市场活动反馈信息，分析和评估活动实施效果并提出合理化改进方案和建议
According to market activities information, analysis and evaluation of activities, give reasonable proposal to improve the
effectiveness.
11.企业推广PPT制作及美化
Make & beautify enterprise’s promotion PPT
12.上级领导交付的其它工作
Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
1. 大专以上学历，主修市场、新闻/媒体专业优先;
Minimum Junior college, major in Marketing, News / press will be in prior.
2.具备活动组织能力;
Work requires general knowledge of organize activity
3.1-2年营销活动组织,与媒体沟通的工作经验;
1-2 years experiences in organize marketing event, communicate with press.
4. 具备文字编辑能力;
Ability to edit graphic.
5. 英语读写熟练.
Ability to read, write English
