Job Description:

1.New Product Definition of Power Management Products for the Low Power DC DC Product Line. These are primarily DC DC step down converter, boost converter, buck-boost converter, charge pumps as well as dedicated application solutions.
2.Working together with an international development team on leading edge power management product ICs for the portable and industrial market.
3. Identifying new emerging end-equipments and defining dedicated power management ICs supporting those new requirements.
4. Close cooperation with our key customers and industrial leaders for new product developments.
5. Customer application and design in support
6. Defining and executing product, business and marketing strategies
7. Development of marketing strategies and promotion material to increase worldwide market share.

Basic Qualifications

1. Degree in electrical engineering
2. 3~5 year experience in the field of Analog and Power Management
3. Solid technical understanding of Analog and Power Management circuits
4. Experience in IC product definition and specification
5. Innovation and creativity
6. Self motivated and ambitious
7. Outgoing with the ability to motivate
8. Able to work analytically, maintaining overall view
9. Team player
10. Strong presentation and communication skills, verbally and in written form, fluent in English
11. Ability to interface with customers and peers at all levels
12. Willingness for international travel
