Responsibility:
1. Prepare,review and release drawings for Caps & Necks business;
2. Perform drawing revision control for Caps & Necks;
3. Prepare visual work instructions for electro-mechanical assembly;
4. Review and translate assembly work instructions into Chinese;
5. Participate in the corrective action systems within the assembly process;
6. Train and develop assembly employees in the technical aspects of their duties for new product and process introduction/change;
7. Ensure that all quality and product technical requirements are met through effective processes and procedures;
8. Ensure that Continuous Improvement Programs are effectively utilized as a means of products, process, and costing improvements;
9. Interface with CHTW engineering team on all product introduction and process changes;
10. Interface with CHTW quality team to achieve customer quality requirements;
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by CHTW Site Manager.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a technical subject (preferably Mechanical Engineering);
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in electro-mechanical assembly and test;
3. Understand ISO 9001 Quality System;
4. Valid passport and able to travel to the US;
5. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals and work instructions;
6. Preferrable experience in casting, injection molding and sheet metal stamping;
7. Mechanical assembly/test knowledge base and trouble shooting skills;
8. Write and speak English fluently;
9. Specific knowledge of MRP, AutoCAD, IMPACT, etc., as required;
10. Must be a self starter and able to work with minimal direct supervision.
