职位描述
工作职责：
1，根据策划部门提出的需求进行角色，场景，道具等3D动画制作；
2，对美术资源进行优化，使之能够用较少的资源实现理想的效果；
3，在美术组长的领导下与其他职能团队（策划、程序、测试等）精诚合作，开发高质量的儿童教育游戏。
职位要求：
1， 扎实的美术功底，深刻了解3D动画制作要领，对生物运动规律有较深认识，对物理动力学属性有一定把握能力。精通3D Max, Maya, Cinema 4D等3D常见软件, 熟悉 After Effects，Photoshop等软件。
2， 2年以上的动画工作经验，在做好动画的前提下有3D建模制作经验者，优先。
3， 掌握角色的骨架和蒙皮设置，能熟练应用Character studio，表现自然流畅的动画效果。
4， 能胜任各类角色动画的制作，能按不同游戏需要制作写实或夸张风格的角色动画。
5， 对游戏有深刻理解，并且热衷于游戏制作。
6， 具备良好沟通技巧和团队合作精神，有遇到困难及时解决的能力。
7， 工作积极主动，有独立性，并能承受一定的工作压力。
8， 应聘者务必提供作品，否则不予考虑。
