IT Officer (Chengdu)


Responsibilities:

? Design, maintain and support the overall network and infrastructure to provide a stable and cost effective platform for all end users
? Work closely with the application team and provide all network support to implement application system solutions
? Maintain the Local Area Network and Wide Area Network and take corrective measures if necessary
? Be responsible for ensuring high availability and security of all IT systems, networks and applications in China, to provide applications support to users if necessary
? Support all production applications, software such as RMS, Oracle Finance, Exchange email, POS etc
? Assist in administering current systems such as Email, RMS & POS systems, e.g creating new user accounts, passwords etc.
? Be responsible for the IT hotline calls and provide first tier telephone support. Provide follow up in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

? At least 3 years network / server management experience
? Strong knowledge on network protocol and service, SQL database and SQL Server database management
? Expert computer network knowledge
? Good experience of equipment maintenance/ problems investigation etc
? Experienced in hardware and equipment installation and maintenance
? Good communication skills, dedication and team player
? Good command of English
