Human Resources Manager (Chengdu)
Responsibilities:
Manage and provide timely human resources services and support to Chengdu store and office
Provide advice to line managers on resourcing, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefit areas
Manage all aspects of recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth, effective, cost efficient and “on time” recruitment process
Responsible for implementation of all HR programs and policies in a quality manner
Assist VP and Regional Senior Manager of Human Resources in formulating and implementing human resources strategies, programs, policies and procedures
Requirements:
University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
A minimum of 6 years hands-on human resources management experience gained in sizeable companies preferably in retail, luxury or hospitality industries
Good knowledge of human resources practices, trends and related legislation
Resourceful, attentive to detail, a team player and also be able to work independently
Excellent planning, communication, numeracy and organizing skills
Proficient in English and Chinese
