Introduction:
Accomplishment of special investigations on SEWC products returned from customer. Analyzing of customer claims according with PM.

What are my responsibilities?
- Form up SEWC special investigation team;
- Define & Release SEWC special investigation processes and procedures;
- Analysis of SEWC products which failed at customer (incl. report);
- Special investigation of returned SEWC products on demand of customers;
- Define the root cause of returned products;
- Create and release Special investigation report to SLC-CS & Customer.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Familiar with Automation systems and Technical analysis methods;
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese;
- Graduate in Electrical Engineering or similar;
- Experience with design and function of programmable logic controls (PLC);
- Experience in analysis methods;
- Internship working experience in multination company is preferred;
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
