Introduction:
Ensuring and continuous improvement of the quality accountability for new product development projects at both supplier and omponent level. Ensuring the development, implementation and continuous improvement of supplier quality management process and tool.

What are my responsibilities?
- Participate in New Product Development projects (IPEGs) as QA representative.
- Ensure supplier and component quality accountability and invoke quality specification & requirements in new product. development, coordinate QA internal project planning and implementation for the designated project scope.
- Participate in Cross-functional Sourcing Teams (CFST), Support the new supplier pre-assessment and sourcing decision.
- Coordinate and drive component qualification for IPEGs, ensure the timely component release according to PLM milestones.
- Integrate, coordinate and conduct supplier quality audits, drive corrective measures, ensure timely supplier release to mass production.
- Develop, implement and continously improve on the supplier quality management process and tool.
- Moderate FMEA in IPEGs, facilitate FMEA method and tool.
- Prepare supplier quality KPI report.
- Conduct supplier quality data management for Click4Supplier Easy system.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Familiar with Electronic Manufacturing and processing technologies, Materials and components technology, Measuring and testing technology.
- Familiar with Processes & tools of supply quality, Preventive quality methods, Project Management.
- Familiar with Process House, in particular PLM and SCM and procure process.
- Familiar with QM system knowledge ISO 9000ff and TS 16949, Siemens QM and Supplier audits according to VDA 6.3, ISO19011, etc.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in supplier quality management field or equivalent, preferably in an electronic manufacturing environment.
- Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality Management.
- Basic leadership exposure (e.g. projects, project modules, small teams).
- Collaboration in diverse, international teams.
- Experience in an international company is preferred.
