Introduction:
For our Quality Assurance Department in CHENGDU, we are looking for an Incoming Inspection Engineer.
What are my responsibilities?
- As owner of SAP QM module, to maintain QM view / sampling size / inspection characteristic etc.
- Cooperate with component engineer to setup / optimize all raw materials’ inspection plans.
- Regularly review overall incoming testing plan, and work with Component Engineers to improve efficiency of sampling plan, Visual Aids specifications.
- Develop sampling methodology base on raw materials characteristic deliver training to component engineers and incoming inspectors.
- SAP QM super user, escalate and follow up outstanding system/application issue, lead SAP integration test support on application issue and version upgrade.
- Work with Component Engineer to execute Usage Decision, Q-Notification in SAP, and follow up the target closure time.
- Set up data source of KPI and extract weekly KPI data in SAP/Team Center for CE & SQM performance review needed.
- Support the tasks assigned for Technical Development and Electronic Data Management.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Equipped with Component knowledge in electronic or mechanic parts.
- Familiar with Statistical methods, e.g. sampling plan, skip lot, AQL.
- Expert in SAP QM module is preferred.
- Fluent oral and written English skill.
- Graduate in engineering/automation of Mechanical or Electronic.
- Incoming material quality engineering experience in manufacturing is preferred.
- >=3 years working experience in multinational company background.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
