Job Description
? Work with global team to deliver web product in agile process.
? Design and implement important features and bugs fixing.
? Communicate and clarify requirements with support, market and QA team.
? Work with distributed team to handle escalated customer problems.
? Continuously improve products quality with refactoring.

Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
? Strong English ability on reading/writing/speaking/listening.
? 7+ years experiences doing web development with Visual Studio .NET, C#, and ASP.NET
? Strong programming knowledge, fluency in C#, and solid understanding of OOP concepts
? Strong web development skills, with good working knowledge of JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, CSS and HTML
? Good working knowledge of one or more databases (SQL Server is required), including SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions, views etc.
? Familiar with design patterns, unit testing, source code control, refactoring, pair programming and other XP engineering practice.
? Good communication skill to work with distributed team.
? A passion for coding, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn, self-motivated.
? Familiar with agile development environment is a plus.
