岗位职责 Job description

1.根据公司制定的销售目标，负责制定本办事处销售计划并达成目标 Responsible for developing sales plan and achive the sales goals of the sales office according to the company sales objective

2.负责管理本办事处日常工作，研究目标客户和行业，指导销售队伍完成计划营销任务 Responsible for manageing the daily work of office, research target customer and industry, direct salesman to complete planned sales target

3.负责参与项目关键阶段的销售，并为销售团队提供售前支持和指导 Participate in project sales on key stages, provide pre-sales support and guidance for sales team

4.制定销售队伍的培训计划，监督计划的执行情况，负责销售人员的销售技能培训和业务培训 Monitor the implementation of the sales trianing programs to increase the skills and capacity of salesman

5.协助销售总监对于公司销售系统的运营、业务方向，团队建设给出建议 to assist sales director and provide proposal on the operation of sales system, business direction and team building etc.

6.建立和健全本部门操作流程，推动公司销售体系的规范化、科学化和不断进步 creat and develop the operation process, continually promoting the standardize and scientific of sales system

7.关注重点客户的拜访，及时了解客户和市场动向 focus on the visit to key customers, timely master customers and marketing trends

8.协助下属人员与重要客户保持良好沟通和关系 Support subordinates keep good communication and relationships with key customers

9.向销售总监汇报 report to sales director

要求 Requirements

1.自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历，具有销售工作经验五年以上 University degree or above in automation or related fields, over 5 years sales experience

2.有SIS系统和控制系统应用方面丰富的工作经验 Abundant experience in SIS system or the application of control system

3.具有PLC经验或有设计院工作经验的优先考虑 Demonstrable PLC design experience or ever worked for a designing institute

4.良好的英语表达和熟练的计算机操作能力 Fluent in speaking English and good command of computer operation

5.具有石化或海洋石油及管道工作经验者优先 Experienced in petrochemical, ocean petro or pipeline are preferred

6.对市场营销具有深刻认识，销售经验丰富，具有敏锐的市场洞察判断能力及表达沟通能力 Abundant sales experience with keen insight into the market, strong communication skills

7.高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神，在较强压力下工作的能力 Have great passion on work , good team spirit, strong ability work under pressure

As a safety system provider, the company HIMA has made a major step forward to realize our commitment to our customers in China by setup HIMA (Shanghai)Safety System Co.,Ltd. since 2002. After 10 years of development , the company has grown up into a strong organization with about 220 employees covering project management ,engineering, programming , integration , testing and commissioning service .

The approximately 3000 M2 Office and 3000 m2 Workshop composes the Engineering Center of China managing and coordinating National Wide Projects. At present , the company is becoming a Sino-German JV with mother company HIMA holding the majority share.
