职位描述

数码馆店长1人:此职位要求候选人必须具有数码产品运营及管理经验。
岗位职责:1、配合完成集团公司下达的业绩指标和公司内部经营目标方针的分解及提成;
2、协助进行经营分析,参与制定公司经营计划与战略规划,参与经营目标的分解;
3、负责树立分管门店的业务流程、商品管理及相关制度,整合门店的各项资源,指导门店开展工作;
4、负责所在门店员工的考核和培养;定期进行分管业务的分析与回报。负责与其它协作部门、影院及外部供应商等之间的工作协调,协助建立健全统一、高校的组织体系和工作机制。
薪资待遇:2500元/月+提成(无任务压力),餐补15元/天,夜班15元/天。每日上班时间不超过7小时,上六休一,每周轮休一天。数码馆店员3人:
任职要求:年龄18周岁以上,形象气质佳;服务意识强、诚信、有责任心、工作积极、热情大方,有良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力。薪资待遇:薪资1800元/月+提成(无任务压力),餐补15元/天,夜补15元/天。每日上班时间不超过7小时,上六休一。
