Responsibility:

Coordinate to set action plan about preparing the contract customer agreement , documents collected from the customer relationship management. Ensure accuracy to be effective under the law , appointment signing contract with customer and CMBC, track the status of credit bureaus with the standard time. SLA and the level of risk acceptable performance Acceptable of operational risks and participate to build CSU team to enchance effenciency of working process andsupport business to achieve the goal.

1.Set objectives, strategies, success measures, and policy with the Group ‘s strategies and ensure achievement vs. goals.

2.Set Strategies and action plans to enchance customer satisfaction to be align with Regulation policy and

standards set.

3.Ensure the accuracy of credit document within the specified period.

4.Certify the guarantee contract , Financial statement and approve the payment obligations under guarantees.

5.Check accuracy of the credit document , credit contract and other document for approving . Set credit limit and loan payment be required by regulations, policies and bank standard.

6.Improve process within scope of responsibility to meet customer needs.

7.Coordinate with Headquarter and CMBC to enchance Credit Support.
