职位描述
Accountabilities 主要工作职责
1，参与费用控制，制定财务分析报表。
2，全年ZBB预算准备，实际ZBB总量跟踪及监控，主动寻找可节省的费用，并与区域SM沟。
a 根据相关的公司政策和程序进行零基预算
b 协助财务管理者进行预算和销售团队的经营分析
c 为公司费用计划提供政策支持和引导
3，整合及贯彻内部控制系统（如MISC, DAG），确保业务流程和财务流程都遵从亚太区政策及当地法律法规，包括：MICS事物跟进及完成，内审事物的跟进及完成，DAG的贯彻及监控
Qualifications and Technical competencies required 岗位所需的资质和技术能力要求
大专及以上学历
财会审计、企业管理、经济等专业
Experience 工作经验:
三年及以上年会计费用、财务、内控相关领域工作经验
快速消费品行业工作经验优先
良好的计算机操作技能，熟练使用MS office, esp. Excel, PPT
良好的沟通能力
良好的英语读写能力通技巧
