职位描述
Accountabilities 主要工作职责
1，与事业部财务，区域销售人员，BSSC，经销商协作向区域SD/SM提供财务支持。执行事业部财务下达的指令。,
2，资产管理：资产核算、清查、管理；在预订资产前回顾清点结果
3，库存管理：监控库存管理情况并从财务的角度回顾清单结果
4，,财务流程培训：参加事业部财务组织的培训,
5，参与费用控制，制定财务分析报表。
6，ZBB管理：全年ZBB预算准备，实际ZBB总量跟踪及监控，主动寻找可节省的费用，并与区域SM沟通,
7，CIO项目执行，包括流程设计，去其他相关部门协调沟通。
8，整合及贯彻内部控制系统（如MISC, DAG），确保业务流程和财务流程都遵从亚太区政策及当地法律法规，包括：MICS事物跟进及完成，内审事物的跟进及完成，DAG的贯彻及监控
Qualifications and Technical competencies required 岗位所需的资质和技术能力要求
大专及以上学历
财会审计、企业管理、经济等专业
Experience 工作经验:
二年及以上年会计报告、财务、内控相关领域工作经验
快速消费品行业工作经验优先
良好的计算机操作技能，熟练使用MS office, esp. Excel, PPT
良好的沟通能力
良好的英语读写能力通技巧
