职位描述
主要职责:
1 所有应用程序的执行相关的活动与日常生产应用程序的维护。
2 负责处理应用程序相关改动和影响生产的事件。
3 深入调查和解决应用问题。
4 能从技术的角度理解应用软件。
5 负责应用软件的实施和发布更新。
6 能够统计和分析相关应用软件数据。
关键技能:
1 计算机科学或相关专业本科学历。
2 至少2年应用支持工作经验，物流相关行业经验将优先考虑。
3 熟悉计算机语言和数据库语言、懂Java、J2EE或Mysql优先。
4 诊断技能包括诊断和分析软件问题的能力
5 上进心强，并具极丰富的团队工作。
6 软件开发背景和经验将优先考虑。
Key responsibilities:
1 Execution of all application related activities related to the day to day operations of the production applications.
2 Ownership and oversight of Incidents and Changes related to or affecting production application.
3 Investigate and resolve in depth application issues
4 Develop strong technical understanding of the particular application software
5 Ownership and implementation of regular application releases/updates
6 Interpret and generate statistical data for production applications
Key skills:
1 Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant IT field
2 Minimum 2 years experiences in Application support area, logistic related application will be plus.
3 Familiar with computer language and database language; Java, J2EE, Mysql and Tomcat will be plus.
4 Diagnostic skills including ability to troubleshoot and analyze software issues
5 Software development background and experience will be plus.
6 Analytical approach to problem solving
7 Application deployment, upgrades, maintenance
- Non-Technical Skills:
(1) Good communication in Mandarin.
(2) Good Self-motivated and strong team work.
(3) Good sense of responsibilities.
(4) Good sense of process/security compliance.
(5) Fast learner.
(6) ITIL certification will be a plus.
Preferred
1 Information Technology
2 1 - 2 years’ experience in Software development and Application Support
3 Java : basic programming
4 English : basic writing & speaking
