工作职责：
Key Responsibilities:

1. 负责公司项目的技术架构设计和系统框架搭建，并编写核心代码；
Responsible for technical architecture design and system framework build, and authoring the core code;
2. 技术难关攻克和新技术预研，指导整个研发团队技术并提供技术培训，负责code review；
Responsible for overcoming technical difficulties and new technology pre-research, coaching technology to the whole development team, providing training and code review to team member;
3. 制定开发规范和技术标准，编写相应的技术文档；
Formulate development specification and technical standard and authoring the corresponding technical documents;
4. 为团队引入创新的技术、创新的解决方案，用创新的思路解决问题；
Bring in innovation technologies and solutions for team, and solve problems via innovation thinking;
5. 对现存或未来系统进行宏观的思考，规划形成统一的框架、平台或组件。
Macro thinking for the existing or future system, and formulate them to be consolidated framework, platform or component.


任职要求：
Qualifications:

1. 计算机，信息技术或相关专业毕业；
Graduated with computer science, information technology or any other relating education background;
2. 8年以上IT行业经验，3年以上Web应用架构设计经验，有代码重构和单元测试经验；
8+ years IT industry experience, 3+ years Web application architecture design experience, and have code refactoring & unit testing experience;
3. 深入理解数据结构、算法及面向对象设计模式；
Deeply understanding of data structure, algorithm and OOP design pattern;
4. 具备良好的识别和设计通用框架及模块的能力；
Good ability in recognizing and designing common framework and module;
5. 技术要求：
Required technologies:
a. 首要： 熟悉Linux, Apache, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, AJAX, DHTML, XHTML, XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, JSON, DOM
Primary: Familiar with Linux, Apache, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, AJAX, DHTML, XHTML, XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, JSON, DOM
b. 次要：了解C/C++, Java, Objective-C, Perl, Python
Secondary: Know C/C++, Java, Objective-C, Perl, Python
c. 熟悉Magento者优先；
Familiar with Magento is a plus
6. 擅长系统分析与设计，有大型项目基础及应用架构设计经验者优先；
Strong system analysis and design ability, and have large scale project basis & application architecture design experience is preferred;
7. 能评估团队成员的技术水平，合理评估任务时间，合理分配任务；
Able to evaluate team member’s technology, assess task time and assign task reasonably;
8. 具备较强的沟通表达和人际交往能力，英文读写熟练。
Strong communicating and interpersonal skill, master English for both reading and writing.
