职位描述

Essential Functions岗位职责:
1.Responsible for recruitment and allocation招聘与配置:
Responsible for monthly new hire recruitment; monthly turnover rate control (handle turnover formalities);
Support in JD completion;
Responsible for annul HC budget communication;Conduct probation evaluation.Submit monthly 190 change form and maintain organization chart.
包括月度新员工招聘,月度离职率控制(离职手续办理)。给予各仓库完成JD的协助。
年度人力需求的计划沟通。试用期评估工作。月度人员变动报告以及组织结构图的维护

2.Performance Management:绩效管理:
Collect and file annual target setting forms;
Conduct annual performance review for responsible warehouse.
收齐年度绩效目标设定表,整理并归档。完成所管辖仓库的年度绩效评估。

3.Training and Development:培训与发展:
Provide orientation training for new staff;Conduct annual training needs survey;
Conduct other training courses.
包括新员工入职培训,年度培训需求调查以及完成其他培训的课程。

4.C&B:薪资与福利:
Calculate annual VPP;Maintain and file employee’s basic salary information;
Collect monthly salary information for responsible region;
管辖区域月度薪资信息汇总。员工基本薪资资料的整理与存档。年度VPP奖金的基础数据计算。

5.Company Culture and Staffing:企业文化与员工关系:
Act as role of a bridge between company and staff, timely response to questions from employees;
Follow up with regional leader to complete quarterly QLA nomination;
Handle industrial injury issues;
Handle new staff on-board issues.Responsible for working uniform application and release;Conduct contract termination negotiation;Organize and implement employee activities;
Handle and follow up labor disputes;
Manage labor contract and renewal.
做好公司与员工的桥梁,及时回应员工咨询的疑问。跟踪区域负责人完成每一季度的季度之星提名工作。
员工工伤处理。
新员工入职手续办理,工作服的申请领用发放,合同终止谈判,员工活动组织实施。
劳动争议处理跟进,劳动合同管理及续签。

6.Administration Issues:行政统筹:
Purchase and manage office stationeries;Maintain office environment;Manage company bus and dormitories;
Other administrative assignments.
办公用品的采购及领用,办公环境及设备的维护管理,班车,宿舍管理
其它行政事务。

Qualification Requirements 任职要求:

国家统招本科以上学历。
熟悉人力资源模块。
3年以上人力资源工作经验。
英语国家6级以上,掌握熟练的听说读写技能。
