The Project Associate role
Compared to an average internship the SXL consultant trainee program brings you closer to the action and lets you be part in the core project team. Coached by an SXL Project Manager you will work in an international business environment in a team of other carefully selected students. You and your team will be exposed to challenging research and business tasks, though deadlines, client interface, internal presentations. We promise you a learning experience that will enable you to reach higher in your future career.
What you will learn
- Collect the first-hand market information
- Make the initial marketing research according to project requirements
- Telephone interview target customers in the industry
- Make the monthly report
Basic requirements to apply
- Min Bachelor degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Patient and Self-motivation
- Responsibility
Compensation & Benifit
- Cash bonus after completed project
- Reference letter
- Weekly training sessions including Consulting hands-on skills, Career Development Advice, Business Communication etc.
