质量工程师

职位描述：

需要通过建立，实施并维持厂内质量基础和系统确保成都厂产品验证量产的稳定；在质量规范统一，质量事件处理，持续改进以及其它客户支持方面提升德州仪器业务单位以及客户对成都厂的形象；与工厂内工程各部门以及其它厂的质量部门，业务单位，封装测试厂及下包商紧密合作以确保成都工厂产品的质量。

岗位职责：

与工程部门以及技术开发和转移部门合作以成功按时验证新技术和产品并实现量产；

实施方案方法，确保交付产品的高质量水平和战略的持续改进；

确保相关的质量要求，规格以及系统在工厂内部正确有效的运行；

与业务部门，前后序工厂（封测厂或其它德州仪器外包厂）以及区域客户质量工程师协作以解决质量问题，内外部客户的诉求，投诉及退货；

支持内部，客户和第三方的稽核。

职位要求：

2年以上从事半导体行业质量工程，制程工程，产品工程或设备工程经验；

良好的沟通能力和英文能力；

熟悉 SPC, FMEA, Calibration 以及其它质量工具, 并了解 ISO9001和 ISO/TS 16949质量标准的要求；

良好的解决问题能力，良好的团队工作技能和表达能力；

有跨国公司工作经验的优先考虑。

Quality Engineer

Job Description:

Position will be a key enabler for successful ramp of TI Chengdu Fab by establishing, implementing and maintaining FAB quality infrastructure;

Position also plays a key role of making Fab pretty positive images for both TI’s business units and TI’s customers by quality specification alignments, quality events handling, continuous improves and other customers’ supports;

Position will work with Fab Engineering branches and Quality Engineers in other Fabs, Business Units, A/T sites and TI’s sub-cons to maintain high level of quality in products fabricated in FAB.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with FAB Engineering branches and technology develop (or transfer) team to successfully qualify and ramp new technologies and products on time;

Implement programs and methodologies for assuring high quality level in products delivered by FAB and supporting strategic continuous improvement programs;

Ensure solid Quality specification systems and support applications are implemented in FAB;

Collaborate with Business Units, upstream/downstream factories(A/T or other sub-cons) and regional CQE(Customer Quality Engineer) on resolving quality problems as well as internal and external customer concerns, complaints and returns;

Support in preparing for and executing internal, external and customer audits.

Requirements:

2+ years SC industry experience in some of the following areas: process engineering, product engineering, equipment engineering or quality engineering;

Communication skill and English speaking;

Be familiar with SPC, FMEA, Calibration and other QC tools. Also know Quality Standard of ISO9001 and ISO/TS 16949;

Good problem solving skills, good teamwork skill and presentation skill;

Experience in Multinational Corporation is preferred.
