岗位职责：
纯水系统，工艺排放系统，给排水系统运行。
技术培训。
协助工程项目团队。
查找系统故障原因并改善。
系统优化和成本节约控制。
确保系统稳定运行及故障分析解决。
制定标准操作程序及提高系统性能。

职位要求：
在环境工程、生物化学工程或化学工程方面本科或以上学历。
5年以上相关领域经验。
具有各种项目的设计能力。
具有运用各种途径去探讨和研究新技术发展的能力。
在水处理，机械工程，运用化学等有丰富的知识和经验。
在项目管理，预算控制，现场管理及个人的工作分配管理上有很强的能力。
具备有英语和普通话与客户和公司管理层之间良好的沟通能力。
具备有正确的判断能力和有效地解决能力。
要求独立思考，积极主动的工作态度。
能够发展标准操作程序。
能够制定技术。
按顾客要求准备发包质料。
对确定项目的成本预估。

Job Responsibilities：
Standard procedure development to optimize system performance;
Technician training;
Cooperation with project team;
To find out the system defect and improve the defect;
To operate system smoothly and do the troubleshooting;
To optimize the system operation mode for cost and energy saving;
DIW/PDS/Plumbing system operations;

Job Requirements：
Bachelor or above degree in environment engineering, biochemical engineering or chemical engineering;
5+ years’ proven experience in related fields;
Ability to coordinate multiple design disciplines on a variety of projects;
Be able to seek new technology inside and outside of company, be able to analysis and identify the reasonable or better technology, continue to improve system reliability.
Have knowledge and expertise in a variety of areas including water treatment, mechanical engineering, apply chemistry to solve problems in producing or using chemicals or other products
Strong capabilities in design management, budget preparation and management, and construction management, personnel allocation;
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and company management in English and Chinese;
Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills required;
Independent, self-motivated and ambitious of unquestionable personal professional integrity;
Support of cost estimate for certain project.
Can prepare technical documentation for tender;
Prepare bids and proposals to Clients inquiries;
Can develop operations standard of procedure;
