Job Description:

Develop and implement safety program to ensure compliance to TI ESH standards, policy, and applicable safety regulations

Evaluate and analyze risks associated with semiconductor process and support systems, as well as tasks performed on those systems

Coordinate interpretation and application of internal and external standards and regulations to ensure compliance

Conduct regulatory reviews and communicate appropriate changes to site management

Conduct internal safety inspection/audits and monitor the implementation of corrective and improvement plan

Review & analyze accident data to identify and recommend plans to prevent recurrence

Establish safety objectives, implement and maintain an effective ESH management system. Provide support to ESH committees to ensure achievement of ESH objectives

Develop and deliver regulatory training to the site population

Conduct site project owner manage suppliers tasks to ensure meet TI expectations

Job Requirement:

Bachelor or above, is major in areas either of safety engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics engineering, and equivalent degrees

3 years in Safety field and semiconductor manufacturing experience

Registered Safety Officer or equivalent certificate or license

Good working knowledge of ESH regulations of China, as well as international codes, relevant Fire Codes and SEMI guidelines

Working knowledge of ESH issues associated with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes

Good command of written English

Have strong knowledge of semiconductor chemical and gas system functionality and safety requirements

Ability to develop a strong working relationship with various management teams, first line supervisors and employees

Good interpersonal skills

Ability to use logic to analyze or identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts associated with information or data
