Responsibilities:
1.Maintain and expand recruitment channels to enhance candidate talent pool and utilize them for effective recruitment.
2.Filter candidates based on departmental requirements, make appointments by phone and arrange interviews.
3.Become familiar with the level and availability of talent within the game industry to recruit employees to meet company demands.
4.Assist in improving and perfecting our recruitment system.
5.Perform other related tasks, as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
1.Must hold a Minimum of a Bachelor degree in human resources or related management field.
2.4+ years recruitment experience and at least 2 years recruitment experience in the IT industry. Previous experience in the game industry is preferred.
3.Familiar with recruitment channels for IT talent, proficiency in various recruitment tools.
4.Must be an ambitious and responsible team player with great communication skills. Must be able to work in a high pressure work environment.

2、4年以上招聘经验，至少2年以上IT行业招聘经验，有游戏行业工作背景者优先；
3、熟悉IT技术人才招聘和渠道，能熟练使用各种招聘工具；
4、良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神，具有责任心和上进心，能在一定压力下工作。
