Responsibilities:
1. Collect training demand regularly and set up effective training plan according to company’s development requirements.
2. Make up and give lecture on training courses of internal general kills in accordance with real demand, and conduct assessment and improvements for training effect continuously.
3. Develop, appraise and manage internal and external training materials.
4. Assist with team leader to follow up organization structure adjustment.
5. Support to complete company position system, qualification standards and construct qualification evaluation (promotion mechanism). Assist with the company's internal process.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor degree or above, Psychology and HR Management related fields preferred.
2. 3 yeas+ HR related working experiences, familiar with training and organization development modules.
3. Have good teaching skills with preferable planning and drive.
4. Fluent oral English and can work in English environment.

3、开发、评估、管理内部、外部培训资源；

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，心理学或人力资源管理专业者优先；
2、3年以上人力资源相关工作经验，熟悉培训和组织发展模块；
3、具备良好的授课技巧，较好的计划性和内驱力；
4、流利的英语口语，能适应全英文工作环境。
