POSITION PURPOSE：

Through formulator regular activities, make balance between formulation cost & quality. Develop the business strategy by providing leadership & coordinating the activities among production, QA, market, sales, accounting, provide best cost formulation service & maximize CAN China profitability from the product line.

MAIN RESPONSBILITIES：

1. Full application of formulation tools (BILLS, BASE, FIND, OVS and etc)

2. Champion D&C practice in responsible region/plants

3. Lead/champion new ingredient development and capture value

4. Champion and support merchandising on alternative ingredient opportunities

5. Challenge raw material constraints and reformulate feeds to achieve best cost (ingredient substitution)

6. Enhance margin forecast ability and involve in pricing process along with merchandising

7. Discipline on cost-increasing reformation (shortage/overdue/miss-production)

8. Champion to improve/achieve RMS World Class

9. Cost: RMS audit request items

－Least cost formulation

－Formulation Audit: Monthly formulation review and shadow cost management

－OVS: Valuable supplier evaluation & capture their potential value

－New Ingredient development: work with buyer/QA to develop new

ingredients to decrease diet costs and enhance product competitiveness

－Timely update cost situation to financial team & management team

10. Quality

－Bi-weekly formulation service at least

－Review Matrix with QA

－Timely update Matrix within 1 day

－Regular supplier/plant/farm visit & audit

－Customer Complain resolve within 48hrs

－Work with TAM/TDM to make big formulation changes and develop new products.

－Regular check LRT for formulation utilization confirm

11.Others

－Safety: Near miss report quarterly

－Team training: attend external & internal seminar monthly

－Work with GOSC/CTS/CAP, Cargill other BUs to maximize total profit

－Support engineer team to calculate new plant construction index

－Support with Max, Primo and Tradico related work

－Communicate with merchandising seamlessly on new ingredients, RV ingredients, new technology which may impact merchandising and share knowledge which equipment merchant with advanced nutrition concepts

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

1．University degree in Animal science, Biochemical or related discipline

2．Good business sense, effective communicate with customers/colleagues

3. Keep sense of marketing insight, related experience is preferable

4．Risk management

5．Strong ownership to business

6．Good computer skill, include Excel/Word/PPT

7．Language: GCT4 at least

8. Frequent Travel needed
