职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责部门日常文件、表单的流转、归档及管理；
2、负责部门各种技术资料的收集、整理和保管，并严格按照档案管理办法及时办理归档；
3、协助部门进行合同管理工作，负责建立合同档案，并定期编制合同履行情况的报告，对合同的执行进行监督，严格按照流程执行合同；
4、协助部门完成集团及公司的各类报表；
5、负责部门内部日常工作；
6、完成领导交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、年龄24-35岁，工程类相关专业，大学专科及以上学历；
2、两年以上建筑或房地产开发工程管理或预算管理内业工作经验；
3、做事认真仔细、有条理、主动积极、有良好的沟通协调能力、爱岗敬业；
4、保密性强；
5、熟练应用各种办公软件。
