岗位职责：

1. 负责公司会计核算工作；

2. 财务、预算、资金税务及人员管理。

岗位要求：

1. 大学本科及以上学历；

2. 会计、审计、金融、财务管理相关专业；

3. 中级职称、注册会计师和注册税务师、英国特许公认会计师(ACCA)优先；

4. 6年以上房地产行业财务相关工作经验，其中2年以上主管经验；

5. 熟悉房地产行业财务会计税收政策,曾在大中型会计师事务所从业经验为佳,熟悉房地产行业会计报表编制，全面预算编制；

6. 熟练掌握办公软件及财务专业软件的运用；

7. 具备良好沟通能力，具备高度责任心和敬业精神；

8. 接受过管理技能培训、沟通技巧培训、财务知识的培训、房地产行业税收政策的培训等。
