Major responsibilities:
1.Develop a clear training schedule and chronogram, with all the necessary training sessions that will be delivered to any new AC.
2.Develop training support materials (training guide, questionnaires, tests, study books, etc…)
3.Deliver training to new staff according to agenda pre-defined.
4.Work with CRM trainer delivery customer service training to assistance upon request
5.Liaise with technical advisor for providing internal technical training
6.Provide new product training to assistance upon request
7.Keep good training record, in time and completely
8.Use training analyzing form to collect trainees’ feedback in time
9.Ensure a proper follow-up after training, coaching trainees during the first weeks after training.
10.Spend significant time in the call center, listening to calls with AC and coaching them about their procedures, correcting immediately the incorrect steps and actions.
11.Organize Service Quality Meeting with Assistance Coordinators to closely look at their communication manners and give suggestion accordingly, follow-up the result strictly.
12.Other tasks that will be defined by Training Supervisor and Quality & Training Manager.

1.Out-standing background in Operations
2.Excellent communication skills and training skills
3.Well organized, pro-active, dynamic.
4.Keenness and willingness to learn.
5.Compression ability is strong, can work under high pressure efficiency
