1、熟练 Adobe Photoshop、Adobe Illustrator，了解 iOS、Android、html、json、div+css、flash，有 Flat UI 和 responsive design 设计经验优先；
2、掌握人机交互设计基础理论和实践，对于用户体验有较深的理解，能够从用户的角 度设计精美友好性界面；
3、精通 iOS 原生和 Web 控件使用及移动设备UI匹配，了解 iOS、Android 等流行移动设备操作系统,有相关平台上的设计经验者优先；
4、熟练使用Axure、Mockups、OmniGraffle 等原型及流程设计工具，参与过 iOS、Android 平台的 项目交互设计与产品规划，有展示作品者优先；
5、熟悉页面框架模型制作，有良好的UI界面导向设计能力，善于创意构思，具有较强的布局规划 能力及色彩元素设计能力，追求完美设计和最佳视觉效果；
6、具有良好的团队合作精神，学习能力、逻辑思维能力、分析能力强,宽容忍耐的韧性；
7、熟知电子商务网站的风格和流程逻辑，对B2B以及B2C等网站设计以及广告Banners设计熟悉并有独到的见解；
8、面试时需带上作品。

岗位要求
1、负责公司 iOS, Android 和 Web 产品开发的界面设计，以及所需要的图片、图标，提供符合项目内容的静态、动态图片。
2、能够充分理解产品，编写完整的需求文档和交互文档，能够发挥创意，设计出简洁、精致的 UI 界面，提高产品易用性；
3、参与公司 iOS, Android 和 Web 产品设计、开发过程，对产品需求、交互设计、用户体验有准确的理解，设计移动端视觉作品；
4、撰写标准化规范性 UI/UE 设计文档。




1. 5+ years directly related experience in UI design / Information Architecture or an equivalent combination of training and experience
2. Extensive experience designing for mobile and tablets, both native app design and mobile web
3. Exceptional understanding of the visual and the functional aspects of Web/Mobile design and the ability to execute both.
4. Experience with cross-platform interoperability & graceful degradation: ideally based on device detection and device capabilities
5. Well versed in iOS and Android design and development
6. Killer visual and interactive design skills in an Adobe friendly environment
7. Strong, clean visual design sense
8. Mad wire framing skills! (Graph paper provided)
9. The ability to understand client goals/objectives and make recommendations to design/transform the web site to meet them.
10. Excellent analytical ability and effective problem-solving skills
11. The ability to think abstractly, creatively, and apply good design principles
12. Must organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
13. Ability to manage one’s own time efficiently and productively and multi-task in a fast paced organization
14. Expert JS, CSS and HTML presentation layer development skills a HUGE plus
15. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

1. Designing user interaction models, workflows and user interfaces for cross-device experiences
2. Helping to define the user model and user interface for new and existing mobile products and features
3. Developing high level and/or detailed storyboards, create mockups and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate interaction
4. Gauging the usability of new and existing products, and making constructive suggestions for change
5. Translating usability and field research findings into design improvements;
6. Pushing the boundaries of what's possible to create delightful experiences for our users.
