-over 6 years experiences in in Microsoft skill like ASP, VB, and ASP.NET, SQL 2000, 2005, 2008 and Share Point 2007 and 2010. Must have knowledge in Quality centre, SDM tool, design tool like UML and pattern like singleton and MVC model.
-Good communication, written and presentation skills. Very good team player and mentoring skills
-Developing negotiation skills
-Good at negotiating with business on the suggestion on solution and provide a best approach with the help of deliver manager
-Good attention to detail and strong focus on quality and deliverables
-A willingness to learn different development methodologies and design pattern. Ready to take up responsibility to work on the multiple projects at the same time and deliver on time
