Duties
1. Be responsible for the sales of Marine deck float floor materials, to achieve the target in the related area
2. Penetrating company products into all target projects by personal visit in required area
3. Achieving sales target with support of the department manager
4. Identifying and training up the potential project dealers
5. Setting up professional brand image in the target project market
6. Maintaining regular relationship with design firms and shipyard
7. Organizing and participating in project market promotion activities
Requirements
1. College degree or above, related to construction preferred
2. 3 years experience in project sales in building material industry with good performance recorders in YTD; Minimum 1 year in WOFE or JV as direct project sales personnel in target location; Knowledgeable in construction business
3. Basic oral and written English ability, fluent in Mandarin
4. Good communication and negotiation skill. Has management skill, be able to motivate people
5. Has driving license
